MEET THE GRIMS
Connor and Erin have been married for 9 years and have two girls Ezra and Arie. For over a decade they have served at Red Rocks Church in Denver, CO leading Red Rocks Young Adults and the Internship program.
Connor and Erin have felt a call to build a community of faith for the thinker, the artist, the creative and the skeptic. They believe every person has an eternal longing—for meaning, hope, and a desire to be known. And they believe all of these longings find their truest fulfillment in the person and story of Jesus.
They love this city, they love God’s church, and they are committed to building a people of faith, a voice of hope, known by love.
CONNECT WITH THE GRIMS!
-
Connor is a writer, an aspiring painter, and a culinary enthusiast who finds beauty in detail and depth. He loves all things sports and suspenseful tv. Whether he’s crafting a sermon, experimenting with new recipes, or capturing emotion on a canvas—Connor is always exploring how story, art, and truth intersect. He’s deeply passionate about helping people wrestle honestly with faith, and believes questions are sacred pathways to a deeper connection with God.

Erin is a connector at heart—she believes life is better shared and has a natural gift for cultivating community around laughter, honesty, and the occasional chips-and-queso moment. She thrives when she’s around a table or on a patio having deep, life-giving conversations. Her heart is to create spaces where vulnerability is welcomed and people can come just as they are—and leave reminded that they are fully known and deeply loved.
our vision
GOD IS BUILDING A HOME.
He’s using us all—irrespective of how we got here—in what he is building. Now he’s using you, fitting you in brick by brick, stone by stone, with Christ Jesus as the cornerstone that holds all the parts together. We see it taking shape day after day—a holy temple built by God, all of us built into it, a temple in which God is quite at home.
EPHESIANS 2:19-22 MSG
We are a people of faith, a voice of hope, known by love—built on the person and story of Christ. We believe that fullness of life and every longing of the human soul finds its deepest fulfillment in Jesus.
our mission
JESUS IS OUR STORY. HOPE IS OUR MESSAGE. LOVE IS OUR MOTIVE.
ATX
why austin?
Because Austin CARRIEs the spirit of a city that wrestles with truth and yet still chooses wonder. It deserves a church that welcomes the wrestle, honors the wonder, and points it all back to Jesus.
